Orders & Payment
Every order is a WhatsApp chat with Sofia, paid at the door or by transfer.
How do I place an order
On WhatsApp. Every product page has an order button that opens a chat with the piece and the shade already written in — add your city and send it to +92XXXXXXXXXX. Sofia replies with the total including delivery, usually within a few hours, and we start packing once you confirm.
How can I pay
Cash on delivery anywhere we deliver in Pakistan, or bank transfer before we dispatch. Those are the two ways and we will not pretend there is a third — we do not take card payment. For a transfer, say so in the chat: the account details go there, and we start packing when your screenshot arrives.
Do I need an account to order
No. There is no login, no password and no saved profile. For a delivery we ask for a name, a phone number and an address in the chat, because the rider needs those, and nothing else.
Can I change or cancel an order
If it has not been packed yet, yes — write in the same chat and we will change the shade, the size, or cancel it. Once it is with the courier we cannot pull it back, but you can still send it back.

How long will my order take
Lahore 2–3 days, the rest of Punjab 3–5 days, and anywhere else in Pakistan 4–6 days. That is counted from the day we hand the parcel to the courier, which is usually the next working day after you order.
What does delivery cost
Rs. 250 flat, to every city we deliver to. Free on orders over Rs. 3,000, and Sofia applies that when she quotes your total.
Can I get plants delivered
Planted pots go out in Lahore only. A plant does not survive four days in a box, and we are not willing to send you one that arrives half dead. Outside Lahore we send the pot on its own and you can plant it yourself.
Can I send something back
Within seven days of the parcel reaching you, unused and in its packing with the tags on. Write in the same chat and we book the courier pickup — free if the fault was ours, Rs. 250 one way if you changed your mind. Custom pieces, lit candles and unwrapped soap cannot come back.
Custom Orders
You tell us, we send a sketch and a price, and nothing is made until you say yes.
How long does a custom piece take
7–14 days from the day you approve the sketch, plus the delivery days for your city. Bridal boxes take about three weeks, because there is more in them and more to get right.
Is there a deposit
Half by bank transfer once you approve the sketch, and the rest on delivery. That is what pays for the fabric or the wood before we cut it.
Do you take corporate and bulk orders
Yes. Eid and year-end boxes for offices are a good part of what we do. Tell us the quantity and the date you need them by, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make that many in time.
