Terms of sale

This site is a catalogue. You cannot buy anything on it, and nothing you do here commits you to anything. An order is agreed in the WhatsApp chat: you send us what you want, we reply with the total including delivery, and the contract begins when you confirm that total.

• Nothing is made, packed or dispatched until you have confirmed the figure we sent you.
• We may decline an order: a piece has just sold, a plant cannot travel to your city, or an address is outside what the courier covers.
• If we decline, nothing is charged, and anything already paid is returned in full.
• Stock is small: a listing can sell out between your reading it and our reading your message.

Every price on this site is in Pakistani rupees and includes any tax that applies. Delivery is added at Rs. 250, or nothing on orders of Rs. 3,000 and over, and we work it out for you in the chat.

The price that counts is the one we confirm in the chat before anything is made or packed. Listed prices can change without notice. A total we have confirmed to you does not.

These pieces are made by hand, a few at a time. Small differences in shade, weave, stitch and finish are expected and are not faults.

Made-to-order and custom pieces take 7–14 days on top of the delivery time, counted from the day you approve the sketch rather than the day you order.

• We send a sketch or a written spec — wording, shade, size, layout — and wait for your approval before anything is cut, sewn or lettered.
• Once you approve it, that is what we make. Please read it carefully, including the spelling of names.
• A change after approval may mean starting again, and we will quote it before doing anything.
• Custom work asks for half by bank transfer once you approve the sketch, and the rest on delivery.
• Because it was made for you, a custom piece is not returnable for a change of mind. If it does not match what you approved, we remake it or refund it.

Two ways today, and we will not pretend there is a third.

• Cash on delivery — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. No extra charge.
• Bank transfer — we send the account details in the chat, and dispatch once the transfer shows.
• We do not take card payment — there is no checkout on this site for a card number to go into.

• You can cancel any order at no cost before it is dispatched — just say so in the chat.
• After dispatch, treat it as a return: the seven-day window in our returns policy applies.
• A custom piece can be cancelled free until you approve the sketch. After approval the work has begun, so we can only cancel it if nothing has been cut or lettered yet, and the deposit covers what has already been bought.
• We can cancel an order we cannot honour, and we refund it in full when we do.

The calligraphy, lettering, patterns, photography and written words on this site are ours. Buying a piece gives you the piece, for your own home or to give as a gift.

• Please do not copy a design for resale or reproduce our artwork commercially.
• Photograph your own home freely and tag us — that is not what this clause is about.

We are responsible for the piece we sold you: that it matches its description and arrives sound. If it does not, we replace it, remake it or refund it, and that is the limit of what we owe — up to what you paid for the order.

• Candles are a live flame. Never leave one burning unattended, and follow the instructions printed with it and set out in our disclaimer.
• Plants are living things. Follow the care card. We cannot be responsible for a plant after it settles into your home.
• Cotton needs a cold wash, a mild detergent and no bleach. We cannot make good on damage from a hot wash, bleach or a hot iron.
• We are not responsible for a courier delay itself, though we will chase it with you and keep you told.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore are the forum for anything that cannot be settled between us.
