Privacy

You cannot sign up here, because there is nothing to sign up to. The site is a set of static pages — there is no login, no password and no customer table sitting on a server with your details in it.

There is no checkout and no order form either. Ordering happens on WhatsApp, in a chat between you and Sofia, so the site itself never handles an order at all.

Only what you deliberately send. There are four forms on this site, and that is the whole list of what the site can collect.

• The contact form, the custom order form, the newsletter signup and the back-in-stock request. Each one is emailed to the studio inbox at aapka@email.com and read by Sofia. Nothing is added to a database, because there is no database.
• Whatever you type in a form is what we get — your name, a way to reach you, and what you wrote. We do not ask for more than the form shows.
• An email you send us sits in our inbox until we no longer need it.

When you tap an order button the site simply opens WhatsApp with the message written out. Nothing is sent to us at that moment and nothing is recorded here.

• The shade, the size, your address, the total and the payment you chose exist as that conversation and nowhere else.
• You can see that chat as well as we can, and you can delete your side of it.
• WhatsApp carries the messages under its own terms, which are between you and WhatsApp.

Two small conveniences are kept inside your own browser, on this device, using local storage: the list of pieces you saved, and the pieces you looked at recently. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.

• Clearing your browser data deletes all of it, immediately and for good.
• It does not follow you to another phone or another browser, because it never leaves this one.
• If your browser blocks storage — private mode, for instance — the site still works, it simply will not remember.

To deliver a parcel the courier needs a name, a phone number and an address, so that is what we pass on from the chat, and nothing else. They use it to deliver your order and to collect the cash if you chose cash on delivery.

• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, for any price.
• There are no third-party trackers, advertising pixels or social media tags on this site.
• We do not build a profile of you across visits, and we do not follow you to other sites.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you ordered something. A newsletter is only ever something you asked for.
• We never ask for a card number, a CVV, an OTP or a password, here or in a message. There is no card payment to ask for one.

Anything held in your browser is yours to delete: clear your site data, or use the remove buttons on your saved list. None of it reaches us, so there is nothing for us to delete at our end.

For what we do hold — an email, a form you sent, a WhatsApp conversation — message us or write to aapka@email.com and ask. We will delete it and confirm that we have, except where we have to keep a record of a sale for tax purposes.

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
